Shipping

 

All orders are shipped via USPS, First Class with tracking (insurance will be included for orders over $100). Please allow between 2-4 days from the time of shipping for your purchase to arrive.  With COVID, packages may arrive later than usual. If you need faster or overnight shipping, please email us at empoweredology@gmail.com to make arrangements and inquire about additional shipping costs.

 

Many items are made to order.  Please read the description of what you are purchasing carefully.  If fabrication is needed, please allow anywhere from 5-10 days for the fabrication of your piece.  If you’d like to place a special order, please use the contact form or write to us at empoweredology@gmail.com for more information.

 

Returns / Refunds /Exchanges

 

We want you to be over the moon with your purchase.  If for some reason you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order for a refund or exchange.  Shipping will not be refunded, but any replacement or exchange will ship free of charge.  You will be responsible for paying the shipping on your returned item (please package carefully); however, if you are local to Rochester, NY a scheduled pick up may be possible.  If you would like to pick up or drop off locally, please email us at empoweredology@gmail.com to make arrangements.

 

If the item you purchased does not fit right, but you’d still like to keep your beautiful bling, we are here to help!  Email us at empoweredology@gmail.com, with “Exchange” as the subject line and we will do everything we can to get things fitting right.

 

If your item is defective or damaged, we will replace and/or repair your item free of charge.  We want you to be 100% satisfied and stand behind the quality of our work.

Things happen and we are here to help!  Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have an issue or repair of a recent or past purchase.  Send an email to empoweredology@gmail.com with “Repair” as the subject line and we’ll be happy to assess and assist.  If you have a photo and description, please attach this to your email.
